In 2009, Christine Genest, painter in naive art, and Mario Jobin, bronze sculptor, opened the Christine Genest Art Gallery, located in Cap-Santé on Chemin du Roy (route 138),

in the Portneuf region, only a few minutes from Quebec City.

One of the main objectives of the gallery is to offer visitors the opportunity to see the work of the owners and other artists exhibiting their perceptions of art and life.

In 2009, Galerie d'art Christine Genest was awarded the prize for the creation of a business in the commercial category of the Quebec Entrepreneurship Contest of the Portneuf MRC.

In 2017, Christine Genest Art Gallery received the Success Award, given to a business that participated in the Défit OSEEntreprendre and that continues its vocation five years later.

The Christine Genest Art Gallery is the most colorful in Quebec. With a dozen Quebec artists, it transports you between the real world and the imagination of its creators with subjects specific to each of them,

whether they are painters, sculptors or photographers.
